Having an integrated and balanced life is a goal for most of us. At this retreat we’ll explore four different areas in which most of us could use a bit more balance and love -self-expression, receiving the gifts of Nature, loving our self, and keeping connected with friends and family. Even if you feel you are doing good in all these areas, there’s always room for improvement.
