This will be a basic workshop to explain what flower essences are, how they bring balance to the mind and emotions, and how to combine them to make a personal remedy. “Core” essences and “Situational” essences will be discussed to help individuals recognize which essences would be most likely to help long-term and which ones may be needed for just a short period of time. A Bach Flower 'mixing bar" will be available for you to create your own custom remedy after the workshop ($12).

This workshop is a sonic energetic activation and re-balancing of the Chakra system. Attendees will be gently guided through the process of humming or toning through each Chakra (or energy center in the body) with the aid of Woven Green’s 7 Chakra Soundscapes, which include the sounds of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, native flutes and drums, nature sounds, vocal toning, wind gong, and stringed instruments. After toning through each chakra, the remaining time will be spent in a 3rd eye activation sound meditation that is specifically designed to enhance inner vision. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket if desired.
