More than a support group, we will explore how to find comfort and to be a comfort for those going through the dying process and bereavement process. We examine what our culture teaches us about death and grieving and learn how to move with ease and grace. We deepen our understanding that we are more than just our body.
Based on Rev. Patricia Lansky's book by the same name, this group is for anyone in the process of mourning. Just as no two individuals are alike, so the bereavement process looks different for everyone, but there are things we can do to support each other and find comfort.
