Come enjoy a day of dance and meditation with CANDICE TRITCH, founder of DANCE ALCHEMY. Candice will teach one of their signature dances, Haitian Harvest. This workshop includes warm-up exercises, meditation, creative visualization, and step-by-step dance instruction.
